These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bd59 ("bd59", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing all use of the bd59 website at bd59.ws, its subdomains, associated mobile web experiences, and all games, products, promotions, and services made available through those channels. • You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee of another individual or legal entity.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on the bd59 platform or have been permanently banned from the platform for a prior breach of these Terms.

2. Account Registration and Security

• Each individual may hold only one account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

bd59 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security, including loss arising from unauthorised access that results from your disclosure or negligent handling of login credentials.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

bd59 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may apply depending on the selected payment method and may be adjusted from time to time by bd59.
• All funds deposited into your bd59 account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. The use of payment methods belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 5 minutes for bKash and Nagad transfers. Bank transfers to Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank may take up to 3 business hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of unusually high volume or where additional verification is required.
• bd59 does not charge transaction fees on standard bKash, Nagad, or Rocket deposits and withdrawals. Fees imposed by your financial institution or mobile money provider are your own responsibility.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have previously been verified and used for deposits. bd59 does not process withdrawals to new or third-party accounts, regardless of the reason given.

bd59 may conduct additional verification checks prior to processing withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) control and does not imply any finding against the player. bd59 complies with applicable financial crime prevention obligations.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

bd59 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, and to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The wagering requirement applicable to each offer will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements on welcome bonuses are 20x to 30x the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slots and live casino games are published by the respective game providers and are available upon request. bd59 does not modify RTP settings configured by licensed game providers.

6. Responsible Gaming

bd59 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. The platform provides the following tools and resources to support players who wish to manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit can be reduced immediately but cannot be increased until a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours has elapsed.

bd59 employs active monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, bd59 may share relevant information with law enforcement authorities, financial crime prevention agencies, or other gaming operators as permitted by applicable law.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

bd59 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited conduct, provision of false information, or failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or any other conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
• A request by the player for voluntary self-exclusion or account closure, or a mandatory exclusion imposed following a responsible gaming intervention.

Upon termination for breach, bd59 may withhold account balances pending the outcome of any investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part. Where an account is closed in good standing and without breach, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bd59 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and the selection and arrangement of that content — is the property of bd59 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd59 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated savings, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, even if bd59 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. bd59's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to bd59 in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bd59 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. While bd59 takes reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and security, temporary outages may occur due to scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond bd59's reasonable control.
